Something not working? Send a problem report from the Help drawer, with screenshots if they help. ReportRocket adds the technical details for you.
Reporting a Problem
If something in ReportRocket isn't working the way it should, you can tell us without leaving the page you're on. Your report goes straight to the ReportRocket team, along with the technical details we need to track the problem down.
Where to Find It
- Click the round Help button (the question mark) at the bottom right of any page once you're signed in
- In the Help & Support drawer, click Report a problem
Filling In the Form
- What's this about? Choose the closest match: Something's broken, Comment generation, Layout or display issue, Billing or credits, A question, or Something else.
- What happened? Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A sentence or two is enough, and the more specific you are, the faster we can help.
- Screenshots (optional): paste a screenshot, drag one in, or browse for a file. You can attach up to 3 images (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF), up to 5 MB each.
Then click Send report.
Take care with screenshots. A screenshot can show student names and comments. Only attach what's needed to show the problem.
What We Include Automatically
So you don't have to describe your setup, the report adds:
- The page you were on when you opened the form
- Your browser, operating system and screen size
- The version of ReportRocket you were using
- The time and your time zone
- Your account details, so we know who to reply to
- Recent error and warning messages from the app
What Happens Next
You'll see a confirmation straight away, and we email you a copy of what you told us. The team reads every report, and if we need more detail, we'll reply by email.
You can send up to 10 reports an hour. If you reach that, the form asks you to try again later.
Other Ways to Get Help
