Address all reviewer feedback instantly with AI-powered One-Click Revisions – ReportRocket's standout feature.
What is One-Click Revisions?
One-Click Revisions is ReportRocket's most powerful collaboration feature. When a colleague reviews your reports and leaves annotations, you can address all their feedback with a single click.
How It Works
1. Reviewer Adds Annotations
Your colleague reviews your report and adds inline annotations highlighting:
- Clarity issues
- Spelling or grammar suggestions
- Requests for more specificity
- Positive feedback
- General comments
2. You Receive the Reviewed Pack
When your Review Pack is returned, you'll see all annotations highlighted in your report text.
3. Click "Address Feedback"
One button. That's it. The AI:
- Reads every annotation
- Understands the reviewer's intent
- Rewrites the affected sections
- Preserves your original meaning and tone
4. Review the Changes
A diff view shows you exactly what changed:
- Green highlights – New text added
- Red highlights – Original text removed
- Unchanged text – Preserved exactly
5. Accept or Adjust
- Accept – Apply the AI's revisions
- Adjust – Make manual tweaks before accepting
- Reject – Keep your original text
When to Use One-Click Revisions
- When you have multiple annotations across a report
- When reviewer feedback requires rephrasing (not just typo fixes)
- When you want to speed through revision without losing quality
When to Edit Manually
- Simple typo corrections (faster to just fix)
- When you disagree with the suggested direction
- For highly nuanced changes requiring your voice
Tips for Success
- Review all annotations first – Understand what's being asked
- Check the diff carefully – AI is good but not perfect
- Trust the process – Most revisions improve the text
For Reviewers
The better your annotations, the better One-Click Revisions works. Be specific:
- ❌ "This is unclear"
- ✅ "Clarify which maths concept is being referenced"
