Excel
Exports a spreadsheet with columns for student name, class, and comment. If you are exporting from a review pack, the report status is also included. This is the most popular format for teachers who need to paste comments into their school's reporting platform.
Generates a formatted PDF document with all selected reports. Useful for keeping a permanent record or emailing to your principal.
Word
Creates a Word document you can open and edit further. Handy if you want to make final tweaks before printing or submitting.
Opens your browser's print dialog with a print-friendly layout:
- Double-spaced text for readability
- A footer section on each page for handwritten feedback
- One report per page
The Print option is available when exporting from review pack pages.
Selecting Reports
The export dialog shows all available reports with checkboxes:
- Use Select All to include every report
- Uncheck individual reports you want to exclude
- The export button shows the count of selected reports (e.g. "Export Excel (12)")
